Our Roastmaster, Don Harris.
Don roasts between 5-20 hours per week exclusively for
Blackbird Coffee. He takes great pride in every bean that
is released from our AMBEX Roaster. In the age of
technological advancements, it is great to see Don
practice the old fashion art of patience and tradition to
deliver a superior product, like our Small Batch Roasted
Coffee.
If you ever have the opportunity to see Don roast, feel
free to ask him questions. He loves talking about
roasting coffee almost as much as he enjoys roasting it

as the Chief Psychologist for
Central
he is the Official Score Keeper for the GCSU Men's &
Women's Basketball Team and has a part time private
psychology practice. Don is the "Grampa" of four and
has been happily married for 27 years.
